ALIS’ talented, FEMA-trained planners are experienced in the development of Multi-Jurisdictional All Hazard Mitigation Plans (AHMP), Emergency Operations Plans (EOPs), Evacuation Plans (community, animals, and jail evacuations), and School Security Plans for Federal, State, Tribal, and local government agencies, non-governmental agencies and private businesses. ALIS’ Emergency Management planners are FEMA-Certified Continuity Professionals, skilled in development of Continuity of Operations/Continuity of Government (COOP) plans. We provide comprehensive reviews of existing plans, gap analyses, and conduct of risk and vulnerability assessments.

Training

ALIS boasts an experienced, professional staff of Department of Homeland Security/FEMA-certified instructors for the Incident Command System (ICS), Continuity of Operations (COOP) and the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP).
