Training & Education
ALIS develops programs training and education programs that improve the performance of employees, managers, leaders, and organization as a whole. Our expertise in this field includes the development of training strategies for organizations through curriculum design and development to the delivery of instruction and evaluation of knowledge and skills transfer. Exercises (HSEEP Compliant)
We support clients through the development and execution of the full range of Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) compliant exercises, including discussion-based (seminars, workshops, tabletops) and operations-based (surveys, drills, functional, and full-scale). Well-executed exercises allow client to assess their prevention, protection, response, recovery, and mitigation capabilities. Each event is designed and facilitated by our certified and experienced training developers to the individual needs of our client based on their targeted capabilities, training objectives, and risk and vulnerability analysis.
