As the Vice President of Training and Education Programs, Noël Naylor is responsible for supporting clients achieve their goals and objectives through the development of customized learning solutions. Noël brings specific expertise in program development, instructional design, curriculum development, and training evaluation. Noël has dedicated her career to working with individuals, teams, and leaders to improve performance and organizational effectiveness. Noël has developed programs and provided instruction at the graduate level, as well as across organizations’ Continuing Education and Training programs. Ms. Naylor led the accreditation process for ALIS to become an Authorized Provider of Continuing Education Units (CEUs) through the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). Ms. Naylor serves as the IACET Compliance Officer for ALIS, ensuring all education and training program elements adhere to the highest quality and the accreditation standards outlined by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and IACET. She was recently selected to serve as an IACET Commissioner. Ms. Naylor holds a Master’s Degree in Education from George Mason University, and a post-graduate certificate from New York University focused on adult learning theory, leadership skills, and using data collection and analysis to drive the development of professional development programs that improve performance.
